This 5-minute exercise will help you access your subconscious mind by shifting into a relaxed, receptive state. Do it before sleep, after waking up, or during meditation for best results.

Step 1: Get Comfortable & Relax (2 Minutes)

✅ Find a Quiet Place – Sit or lie down comfortably.
✅ Close Your Eyes – Reduce external distractions.
✅ Breathe Deeply – Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Repeat 4-5 times.
✅ Release Tension – Mentally scan your body and relax any tense muscles.

✅ Count Down from 10 to 1 – Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation with each number.
✅ Use a Mental Anchor – Picture a peaceful place (a beach, forest, or cozy room).
✅ Affirm Relaxation – Silently say, “I am calm, I am at peace, my mind is open.”

Step 3: Reprogram Your Subconscious (2 Minutes)

✅ Visualize Your Desired Reality

See yourself achieving your goal (confidence, success, love, wealth).

Make it vivid: What do you see, hear, feel?

Example: If you want confidence, see yourself speaking boldly in front of people.


✅ Feel the Emotion as if It’s Real

Attach strong positive emotions (joy, gratitude, excitement).

Example: Smile as you visualize success—this tricks the subconscious into believing it’s real.


✅ Repeat an Affirmation Slowly

Choose one belief to imprint:

“I am confident and unstoppable.”

“Success flows to me easily.”

“I attract love and happiness effortlessly.”


Say it as if it’s already true, not as a wish.

If done during the day, slowly count 1 to 5 and open your eyes.
